S2 Ep4: Curing Procrastination - Can Procrastination Be Good?

On this episode I dive into some ways that procrastination can actually serve a purpose. I also talk about my realization that I was incorrectly labeling delayed tasks as procrastination - when I am delaying them for a reason, on purpose, it isn’t procrastination. Being able to let go of that judgy label allows me to let go of unnecessary “mental sludge” and have more energy for completing the task when it’s time to do it.
