On the second episode of season two, I continue my thoughts on why the goal shouldn't be to eliminate procrastination from your life. Instead, it should be about creating a healthy ecosystem. And I talk about internal motivation vs. external motivation - why the distinction was an important discovery for me, how it has made me aware of unnecessary rules I’m living by, and why it’s important to understand as we navigate relationships with others.
